Step 1
Browse products with confidence
Products are organised in a simple shop-style format, with clear descriptions to help you understand each option and choose the best material for the job. Support materials are also available throughout the portal, and live chat gives you direct access to the team when you need a quick answer.
Step 2
Enter size and quantity for pricing
Once you have chosen the product you need, enter the size and quantity to generate your price. As a qualified reseller, you are viewing wholesale pricing through the portal, and standard delivery is included at no extra charge.
Step 3
Upload artwork and place the order
If you are ready to proceed, upload your artwork and submit the job through the portal. Everything stays together in one place to keep the process clear and easy to follow.
Step 4
We review your files and prepare a proof
Our team checks your artwork to make sure everything needed for production is there and correct. We then provide a clear, generic PDF proof for online sign-off, which can also be shared with your client if needed thanks to its minimal, unbranded format.
Step 5
Your job moves through production
Once approved, we organise prepress, printing, cutting, finishing, quality checking, and dispatch through our in-house production workflow. As the job progresses, your portal shows live status updates, and once production begins, an ETA is added for reference.
Step 6
Track delivery and reorder easily
Once completed, your job is carefully packed and dispatched either to you or directly to your client . If overs are available and you have chosen to receive them, they can be included with the order, otherwise, we will hold them for next time. Once dispatched, a tracking link is added to your portal, and when the job is complete it is saved as a Print Something Again product so you can reorder it later at the same locked price.
