Mahalia Coffee: When Pride in the Product Shows
A thoughtful note, a few coffee samples, and labels finally seen in their intended place. Mahalia Coffee was a reminder of why we love what we do.
As our business has grown, we’ve realised that while the way we work makes sense to us, it may not always be as clear to everyone else.
Some people know us for labels, others for signage, rollouts, or a particular part of what we do. What isn’t always obvious is how many different teams and skills come together behind the scenes to make it all happen.
That’s a big part of why we’ve reworked our website. We wanted to bring the different parts of the business together in one place, so it’s easier to see not just what we do, but how we do it. More than anything, we wanted the site to better reflect the way our teams work together every day.

This change isn’t about trying to look bigger than we are. It’s really just about being clearer and more helpful. We know some clients come to us for one specific need, without realising there are other areas of the business that may also be able to support them.
At the end of the day, our work has always been collaborative, and so nothing has really changed there. Different people, different skills, and different parts of the workflow all play a role in getting the right result. If the new website helps explain that a little better, then it’s doing exactly what we hoped it would.
What is a blog if not a commitment to share more? That’s definitely something we want to do more of.
One of the most satisfying parts of our work is connecting with the people we work with and for. So, look out for general insights and stories from the team, client shout-outs, industry updates, and a closer look at how we work.
